Yoga performed by Sara Jean Underwood! Makes me think of starting a Yoga class for girls that are into aerobics :-)
Sara is a former Playmate of the Year and is very much into Yoga, and says that Yoga is what makes her body stay in such good shape. If Yoga does such miracles everyone should do Yoga!!!
